Every Child Plays
Helping children overcome the cost of participating in sports and healthy recreation. Every Child Plays is a faith-inspired program of Vaelerin Movement Ministries, beginning in Newport News, Virginia, with a focus on essential equipment and registration assistance.
Discuss a Child or Program NeedAvailable Assistance
Our initial focus is providing essential sports equipment, footwear, uniforms, and registration assistance. We also consider adaptive and inclusive participation needs within our review process.
Assistance depends on review, available resources, and program guidelines. We do not automatically guarantee fee coverage, transportation, clinical services, coaching, travel-team funding, or expensive adaptive equipment at this time.
How It Works
- 1
Submit a Request
An adult submits a need via our online form. (Submitting a request does not guarantee funding).
- 2
Review Process
The ministry reviews the submission and may request additional information to verify the need and program eligibility.
- 3
Decision & Fulfillment
An assistance decision is communicated directly to the applicant. Approved support is arranged and documented.
